Valkyrie is very good to control and defending champion. you should have more DEF and bit of speed on her. This works very good against a team which put lots of buffs on himself. She get benefits when an enemy got any buff. She is very good in arena offense and defense. Let’s check out her masteries and artifacts build.

Leadership Aura Skill –

Skill 1 –Denigration [ATK][DEF]

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Decrease Turn Meter by 10% on each hit if the target has any buffs.
Level: 2 Damage +5%
Level: 3 Damage +5%
Level: 4 Damage +5%
Level: 5 Damage +5%
Level: 6 Damage +5%

Skill 2 – Stand Firm [DEF] (CD: 4 turns)

Attacks all enemies. Places a [Shield] buff on all allies for 3 turns and a [Counterattack] buff on all allies for 2 turns. The value of [Shield] and the damage inflicted are proportional to this Champion’s DEF.

Skill 3 – Jealousy (Passive)

This Champion’s Turn Meter will be increased by 10% each time an enemy Champion places a buff. Enemy Champions will have their Turn Meters decreased by 10% for each buff they receive.

Valkyrie main purpose is to support allies and do the damage based on his defense. so you need to build her like a tank. You don’t need to make her like offense champion. let her defend your team with a massive shield & Counterattack buff while your offense champion clean enemies.

Boot – SPD

Chestplate – DEF%

Gaunlet – DEF%

Substate – Focus on SPD, DEF, HP

If you are using her mainly as support champion then you don’t need to focus on offense. focus on defense and support section. and if you are going with some damage then make sure to do some changes in artifacts like adding some CR or CRD.

In case of Offence build, focus on offense and support masteries.
